Supported housing
Here are some of the key services we offer:
1. Housing: We provide safe, fully furnished, clean, and comfortable housing options in shared or self contained accomodation, tailored to meet the diverse needs of our residents. In these secure and stable environments, residents can focus on their personal growth and development.
2. Individual Support Plans: Each resident undergoes an assessment to develop a personalised Individual Support Plan (ISP) - a lifeline for those aiming to lead more independent lives.
3. Assistance in Finding Work and Education: From CV workshops to job placement assistance, we provide the tools needed to pave the way for a brighter future.
4. Personal Growth and Development: Our services extend beyond providing housing. From mental health support and skill-building workshops to community outreach programs, we work to ensure our residents don't just survive, but thrive.
5. Strong Community Link: We maintain robust relationships with other housing associations and work collaboratively to help our residents secure their own independent accommodation when they're ready to make that transition.
6. Financial Support and Essentials: we assist in accessing additional grant funding for essentials like clothing and personal items. We also help with budgeting and managing their money.

Gender-Specific Housing Options:

Limitations:
While we strive to support as many individuals as possible, it's important to note that we are unable to accept residents with high-level drug or alcohol issues or severe mental health conditions that make them a risk to themselves or others or that lead to chaotic behaviors.
